Fees must be paid in advance. Subscription terms are disclosed at purchase. Refunds (if any) follow the stated refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including workouts, videos, logos, and text, belongs to FitnessWali and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud or misuse, or harmful or abusive behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

FitnessWali is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from workouts or nutrition suggestions. Please disclose any medical condition(s) you may have for better guidance. We are also not liable for technical interruptions or third-party service failures. Use services at your own risk.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms linked or integrated with FitnessWali.
